Upon cancellation, your access to our services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
- Refund Policy We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our services. If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at email@example.com. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a reason for your dissatisfaction with our services.
- Eligibility for Refunds Refunds will only be issued for the initial purchase of our services and not for subsequent renewals. Refunds will not be issued for services that have been used for more than 30 days, or for services that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Processing Refunds Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the receipt of your refund request. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we may issue the refund by check.
